Fire Quartz , also called Red Hematoid whose proper name is Ferruginous Quartz, is Quartz that contains a heavy concentration of Hematite and/or Limonite. This concentration will generally appear as dense dustings and/or stains on the outside of the Quartz or colorful inclusions within the crystal.
